Nigel is the founder and owner of Net Ten LLC. Founded in 2006 to pursue real estate investments primarily in the New York, New Jersey and Texas areas, it has expanded to doing business within all States.

Clarence has been doing Real Estate investment deals since 2001. He comes to Net Ten LLC with many years of experience in the IT field and will serve as the web master for Net Ten LLC. His accomplishments are finding, securing and mananaging the Birmingham and Chicago properties for the company.

Sharmayne has been working in the Real Estate field since 1998. She mainly managed, as a Project Manager, large scale construction projects in the Chicago area prior to joining us. She has been part of Net Ten LLC since January of 2016. She serves as the Property Management for all of the company’s Birmingham and Chicago properties.
